How to paste screen shots in ticket compose window

Hi,

My users have been complaining that they are unable to paste screen shots in OTRS Ticket compose window.
I cannot see any option for enabling this.

Can anyone help out?

Also, I need to display absolute ticket creation time in the overview window.
Right now, OTRS shows x minutes instead of x:y am that my users would want.
How do I change this variable?

I don't believe that it's possible to paste binary blobs in a web form. Users should save their screen shots in paint or use something like greenshot to grab and save their images and upload as attachments.

Have the same issue. Just tested pasting a screenshot in a customer ticket on three different browsers and only Firefox will allow to paste in the body field.
So if you want the users to be able to paste screenshots in their ticket, they should use Firefox. IE and Chrome do not allow pasting...
