It would be a chance to get together informally and share information about use of OTRS. Maybe it will be the start of a community of interest.
We're a software company (CogniDox) that has been using OTRS for a few years and we haven't come across that many fellow users in the course of our work. There must be more of us in the UK...
As we are in Cambridge we'd perfer a venue in the South East or East.
