Im new in OTRS and tried to find any subject about this but could not find so therefore hoping somebody can help me!
We have a Que view in our custom theme made in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/"companyname"/AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl
So that we can separate the tickets depending from where they come from..
I would like to add two more "7 day stat" graphs in the Agent Dashboard, and configure so each "7 day stat" graph is showing from each Que
