Anybody know "How to delete CI from CMDB"?

no way to delete - put it "inactive"

Yes, probably, is the only way, but I must take this into consideration when creating reports on CI.

have a look in the otrs bin directory, there is ascript for deleting CIs

only in v3, but you can try to use the v3 version in your v2 (or check if the backend functionality is already implemented in the backend)

Since ITSM is an add-on, it wouldn't be in the 3.0.7 product.

The name of this module: otrs.ITSMConfigItemDelete.pl
It can delete - all CI's, list of CI's or all CI's of entire Class.
