I am fairly new to OTRS and am looking to implement it in our comany as a service management system for all our staff. At first glance it seems great with one problem i can't figure out. I'm trying to create a report which will list the total time taken for all tickets related to a customer for billing purposes.
With this, at the end of each month when customers are billed our admin staff can run the report and have a total figure of "time units".
Can this be done with the statistics report wizard?
