I apologies if this question has already been answered, but I'm having problems with queue refresh.
Only way I seem to be able to refresh my queue view is by pressing Fetch mail -button from 'PostMaster Mail Accounts'. I have tried to set the 'QueueView Refresh Time' at Edit your preferences -> Other settings, but it does not seem to have any effect.
Am I missing something here?

Are we talking about a window refresh of the queue view or about importing mails as tickets into OTRS?

Sorry I was little bit unclear. What I wish to do is to automatically import mails as tickets into OTRS.

Did you read the admin book section on installing? It seems that your cron jobs are not running

Okey we have got one step further
We have set the cron jobs and the system is now fetching the mails automatically, but we're still having problems with the automatic refresh of the queues.
Cron is set to refresh the mailbox every 5min and queue refresh interval is set also to 5 min from 'Other settings' but from some reason the queues are not refreshed. Queues and thereby incoming tickets are refreshed only by manually refreshing the browser view.
