How to delete the demo data from OTRS?

Hi All,

I have added data in my OTRS, i have added some phone tickets, i want to delete all the phone tickets and start from the beginning, please suggest how we can do the above, Looking forward for your kind reply.

Sorry you feel bad... If you had been in the Generic Agent, you'd understand how trivial it was to accomplish what you request.

I'd like to add something here. I don't have a problem with sample tickets, but more with all the sample data (demo groups, agents, roles etc.) those ones I can not remove with the generic agent. I was thinking of removing them straight from the DB, but I'm hoping there is maybe a cleaner solution.
