Fetch Email Issue

I have had OTRS running for several months and have had no issues with fetching emails. However, today I keep getting an error during the fetch process saying that I cannot connect via POP3. I have not changed any settings but cannot seem to trace the error in the details provided. I also cannot seem to find the file MailAccountFetch. I am able to send emails from the system with no issue but cannot receive any emails. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

This also seems to be occurring with another OTRS system we have setup at our company. That system can also send emails but not receive them. It seems to be something occurring between OTRS and the Exchange 2003 mail server.

if you can telnet pophost.domain.com 110 from the otrs box, you're ok, ... this says it can't connect, so it's a firewall, dns, or password issue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
