I am wondering if you can have different fields for different types of request. This can be within the Tickets or change menu. As an example.
OTRS has the standard Ticket > New Phone Ticket on the menu. On this menu I want to add another option such as Ticket > New User. This would bring a new ticket form but would include fields that users must fill in specific for requesting new user access.
In other words I want to have a ticket for basic issues and another for new user requests. But, each of these have differing fields.
