Hallo zusammen !
Nach einem Upgrade von 3.0.6 auf 3.0.7 sind plötzlich alle Kunden weg.
verwende opensuse 11.3 mit mysql
Vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp für mich

Hast Du evtl. das Mapping der Kundendatenbank in der Config.pm angepaßt gehabt?

Ich hab die Config.pm nicht angerührt, die Tickets sind ja auch noch alle da ...

Hast Du die Cache-Dateien mit otrs.DeleteCache.pl gelöscht?

Weil - zumindest bei LDAP - die Daten gecached werden. Ob das bei SQL ebenso ist habe ich noch nicht geprüft.
Hast Du schon direkt in der Datenbank nachgesehen ob die Kunden noch da sind?

im sql sind die kunden noch drinnen

Bin draufgekommen woran es liegt. Es ist in der Kundenverwaltung standartmässig kein * in der Suche eingetragen somit findet er auch keine Kunden
