Configuration of Incidents and Problems modules

hello,
I installed OTRS version 3.0.2 with all modules:
ITSMChangeManagement
ITSMConfigurationManagement
ITSMIncidentProblemManagement
ITSMServiceLevelManagement
After installing all modules are accessible and visible at the menu except the modules: Incident Management and Problem Management.
A special configuration of these two modules is required?
I do not know what's the problem?

there are no extra menus for this (IM and PM are done via Tickets)

So how to differentiate a incident ticket and a a problem ticket ?

I found 2 types of tickets : Rfc and default.
There are no tickets type incident or problem !

THan it seems that not all packes where installed correctly. But you can add own values for types also!

All these modules have the status 'installed' at the packets manager. So for me the installation was completed successfully.
