how to replace queue keyword with some other word

Hi all,

I want to replace Keyword QUEUE with some other word, Is there any configuration files in SYSCONFIG, please suggest how we can achieve this?

In the Tickets => Queue View, and also in search option there we can search with Queue name, i have to replace with another word, please suggest

You could add another custom language file and choose whatever suits you best. See http://doc.otrs.org/developer/3.0/en/ht ... #translate in the developers manual for more information.
