popup windows and subject size

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with some things i cant figure out.
in otrs 3.0.7 replying or forwarding mails will popup in a new windows.
i want to change this that it will use the current window.
our company computers use such a low resolution that they have to maximize everytime the window to get to the submit button to send a email.
Does someone know how to deactivate this ?

The other thing that we are stumbeling on is the subject size.
when we scroll through the queue's the subjects are being cut and replaced with [...] .
we want always to view the full subject size when we are going through our mails in all views so in small, medium, and the large view.

Can someone help me with this how i can configure all these things ?
