Is it possible to enable same "auto suggestion" thing as it is in To: field for CC: field?
Would be cool, if OTRS will suggest you addresses also in CC field as it does in To: field in Reply window

no, this would require some development. But you can use the address book functionality to search for Mail Adresses in Customer DB

Yeah, I looked into this a while ago, and couldn't figure out how they are doing it. Just copying the existing code in the .dtl doesn't seem to do anything. It's in the JavaScript somewhere, just cannot figure out how the search functionality is being called?
