Fehler nach Update von OTRS 2.4.7 => 3.0.7

Hallo!

Die Standardbeschreibung für das Update auf 3.0.7 funktioniert für mich leider nicht. Versuche ich mein bestehendes System upzudaten, kommen Fehler über Fehler.

Nun habe ich die Idee, das System komplett neu aufzusetzen, und die DB zu migrieren.

Welche Konfigurationsdateien würde ich brauche, damit die Konfiguration so 1:1 wieder funktioniert ?

Die Dateien aus dem Sicherungsskript, oder noch weitere ?

My way to update:

1. rpm -U /tmp/otrs-3…..rpm
2. cat /opt/otrs/scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.0.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u root otrs
3. /opt/otrs/scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.0.pl
4. cat /opt/otrs/scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.0-post.mysql.sql | mysql -p -f -u root otrs
5. bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl
6. bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl

What error message is displayed?

No error message.

I just can not enter anything in the fields for username an password and no, clean the cache did not help.

I think it has something to do with the modules i installed or changes i made. Is there a way to find that out ?

You're right. E.g. the file /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm created as /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm from the update rpm ist saved as /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm created as /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm.rpmnew to keep you current configuration. The rpmsave files are the opposite, the rpmsave contain your changes:

/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminAttachmentForm.dtl.rpmsave => with your own changes
/opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminAttachmentForm.dtl => from the new rpm

Rearding to the .dtl files: Don't use them see, http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/upgrading.html section 6. You have to run through
your templates again. For future upgrades recommend to use an own theme.
