No text Input

Hi There,

The Computer running the OTRS system was working fine up until today.
Over the weekend, the machine had a series of windows updates, as well as firefox updated from 3.xx.xx to version 4.0.1.

Now I'm unable to login to OTRS as a admin user or an agent (and all the other agents have the same problem) as the front end doesn't accept any text input.
The machine was reset after the updates and the first time around otrs was started there was a serious error indicated with perl.exe.
The computer was reset after this error as well and there has been no further errors reported. But it's still not allowing any text input.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Does anyone know where the problem might be?
I'm a bit stumped at the moment as can't use the system.

Perhaps someone can help, if you post some screenshots and / or logs. Please also try a different browser to eliminate the firefox update as the cause.
