I have several companies in my system, one having a large amount of customers
If I login as a customer, I can see that customers tickets and the company tickets (tickets from all customers in that company)
Is there a way to turn this off so you can't see all the tickets for that particular company (but other companies in the system would allow it) ?
Is there a way to allow a group of customers in a particular compnay to see each others tickets ? (I found "Customer w/ multiple ID's") section in teh manual and that appears to make that happen, I havent tried it yet, but was confused because of the current setup wehre you can already see all tickets (hence the 1st question above)
