Dear All,
I am using CMDB. Is it possible to have customer configuration selected by default when customer is creating ticket or sending email. For example A customer sent email his asset should be linked to computer1. Please help if you have any idea.

Thats not possible without development. But I also see some more issues, like people having more than one CI etc...
