How to add the customer phone number into email subject

Hi there,

any way to add the customer phone number (retrieving it from the customer details into OTRS DB) into the email subject? This would be useful to integrate OTRS with an external SMS Gateway Service.

P.S.: OTRS:ITSM 3.0.3, MySQL, CentOS
