how to Integrate OTRS with RMM solution

hi I am using levelplatforms remote monitoring and management solution to monitor my customer infrastructure. now i want to integrate it with OTRS for ticketing.

it seems OTRS supports SOAP as of now while my RMM tool API supports WSDL conenction. below are the API of my tool . can some 1 help me integrating this.

I haven´t yet done anything in this direction, but I think this is the wrong way to go.
OTRSs SOAP interface does not deliver WSDL.

As far as I remember one connects monitoring tools to OTRS using the 'SystemMonitoring' package. Let me know if this points into the right direction. I´ll possibly go this way for our monitoring system.
