HI, Vanilla Install on Windows with the ITSM installed.
New change brings up the following straight away and the broswer then becomes locked. Only think I can do is go back a page...
'CKEDITOR' is undefined.
Have run a search on the web for clues but I can't find anything other than someone removing the .htaccess file.
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks.

This appears to only be happening in IE 9. Will test some more.

Same issue here. After migrating the (virtual) CentOS-Based OTRS Machine to our housed VMWare V-Shere-center, this error occured. But only when I try to access it over its public FQDN, which is mapped to the internet. When I access the Frontends via there IP, directly over our VPN-tunnel, it works flawless!
