CustomerTicketOverView more fields

Hello,

im using the latest OTRS on windows and im interesting to add some more fields to my customers page CustomerTicketOverView.

Right now there are 4 columns (Ticket#,title,status,age)

I want to add some more columns like Type and some free text fields

Is this possible and how.
