Hello, for a couple days now I have not been able to change the owner of a ticket, even though I have all the rights for my queue. To be more precise, I can change the owner but then when I submit the owner change mail (internal note) it looks like it sent but the popup window from Internet Explorer goes empty and never closes. Thus the owner change never takes place. I have tried this from many different clients, all with the same results. This same problem is also happening on other internal notes, as well, through which normally a mail is sent out to my admins.
All other ticket mails are working fine.
Where to check? What to do?
I am using OTRS 3.0.5 on Windows server.

never mind, problem solved. Somehow us changing the auth server to a different domain controller did the trick...
