Pending Reminder Email

Hello

I've a problem with OTRS who steele send pending reminder email to the technical support on closed ticket ; i verify the status in the ticket table in phpmyadmin and the status is really closed ; the script PendingJobs.pl seems to treat only tickets with "Pending reminder" status ...
If somebody can explain me why OTRS steel send these email despite the closed status ; thank's a lot

I had a similar case which turned out to be an abandonned test system mailing. Else I would check if the ticket is still locked and unlock it. If the problem remains... I don't have any more ideas right now.

the concerned tickets are not locked at all ; do you think if i lock and unlock a ticket can resolve the problem ?

Can't hurt to try...

Would be cool if you filled out your signature with the system data. Maybe someone else jumps in if they know the version no. and so on.

OK ... on 1 ticket i 've locked it and unlocked it ... and i 'll see tomorrow if the system continues to send the pending reminder email

2.2.7 is way outdated and not even the latest 2.2.x stable... maybe you should at least go for the 2.4?

the migration is a solution ; but i wanted to know where exactly the problem came from
