Hi everyone.
I have OTRS 3.0.8 installed and it is working properly.
However, I created a ticket where two agents worked together on it, and both inserted their number of worked hours.
When I try to take a report of Worked Hours for each agent, all worked time inserted on the ticket is registered to the ticket owner and not separated for each?
Is there a way to take a report and split the time worked for each agent?

You need to find each article entry for that ticket, and then extract the hours through each article
