Is it possible to change the default subject on queue change. The default value is "Change Queue" and I want to change it. Do you have any ideas?

Make custom changes in the language translation file of xx_Custom.pm, such as "en_Custom.pm", on the directory of "/opt/otrs/Kernel/Language" .

It's not possible by Sysconfig.
