Hallo Zusammen
Nachdem ich das Joomla Plugin für Otrs installiert habe, erhielt ich eine Fehlermeldung:
Software error:
Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/cpan-lib/XML/Parser/Lite.pm line 131.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Was habe ich falsch gemacht?
PS: Otrs läuft auf einem Windows Server. Ich habe einfach die .exe Datei von Otrs runtergeladen und dann installiert.
