OTRS 3.08 ITSM.. user is the admin. If I mark a few locked tickets and choose "closed successful" as the state and "unlock" as an option, OTRS does not do it. It's only possible to close tickets one by one. It's not a browser issue (bulk actions work with unlocked tickets, same problem with IE7/FF3).
