Greetings all,
I am new to OTRS and so far love it. I have everything configured the way I would like with one exception. I would like to setup the ability to have customers have multiple customer id's. I am not sure exactly how to go about adding the new column to the customer_user table in my windows install of OTRS. If anyone has step by step instructions that would be great.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
