deleting Queues from the list
Hey everyone, new user here. I am trying to remove unnecessary queues from my drop down menu. I went into Preferences and dont see any option to remove them... same with the Admin SysConfig.

You can't delete, only invalid/disable them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I ended up just renaming and moving them. For future reference, how do I invalid/disable them? TIA.

The same place you renamed them.

Well because I created mine before alot of traffic came in, I decided to delete it from the table. I have verified all the other tables quickly and did not notice any cross link.
