Hi,
I just installed and configured OTRS and set up a mail account for it to fetch mail from.
Everything is working fine, however, I can't get it to put new emails into new tickets instead of open tickets.. every new email keeps ending up as an open ticket, failing to send agents a new ticket notification.
Is anyone willing to tell me how to change this?
New emails are showing up as OPEN instead of NEW tickets

Admin > SysConfg > search for 'PostmasterDefaultState'. Check what it's set to.
