Hi, I am new to OTRS we are trying our first setup using windows. The only problem right now is getting mail to come in. I am using pop3 servers and getting auth error message even though the password is correct and I have verified it by logging into the server directly. Our mail server needs to be authenticated but there are no options to put that in.
We also use Gmail and there are no options to put in the ports they require and I cannot pull down email from gmail as well. Any help would be great.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
