I am in need of some help. Not sure what to do about this. I have an Agent that gets a reminder email every morning for a ticket that was closed successfully. We then deleted the Ticket using a Generic Agent and he is still getting a daily email. Now if you click the link in the emails you get an error, "No Permission", which makes sense because the ticket no longer exist. To make it even more confusing, before deleting the ticket I reassigned owner and responsible to myself and the other Agent still gets a daily reminder email.
Here are the details of our installation:
OTRS 2.4.10
ADMIN Area -> Support Assessment


GenericAgent -> Ticket Reminder
This is set to only remind on Pending, Pending Auto Close +, and Pending Auto Close - for open tickets only.
Any ideas of what I can do to make this stop?
