Hi all,
In the CustomerTicketMessage.dtl file, I want to configure it so that on submission, the ticket has preset values for both Queue and Priority (I don't want the customer to be able to specify these, and they shouldn't be visible to the customer). How do I configure this?

you can set these values via Sysconfig
