Hi,
Is there a way where I could auto forward tickets that are raised from specific usernames to a particular admin?
e.g.
User - User1, User 2, User 2, User4, User 5, User6, User 7, User 8.
Admin (person who can respond to tickets, when ticket moved to him) - Admin 1 & Admin 2
In the above data if I want the tickets raised by User 1,2,3 & 5 to be auto directed to Admin 1 and tickets raised by User 6,7 & 8 to be directed to Admin 2; is this possible without having to manually "change queue" to Admin 1 & 2?
Do let me know, as I have 8 ID's created who would respond to queries raised by specific individuals.
The common database would be their login's/email ID's that I could map this to.
