Queue list and tree view

Queue list and tree view
Hello,
A few days ago I should switch to 3.0.8, and the new look and feel is slowwing the work down at us.
I am looking for the followings: (a had searched the forums, i had read the manuals and the dev manuals toom, vut didn't found real help.)
1. how can i put the queue list on the top of the page like in the 2.4.x?
in 2.4.x you can browse in the queues, in 3.0.8 you get a lot of tickets, and i didn't found the option, ort dtl or css option
2. Coloring the message types
in 2.4.x the event tree was colored like green for the agent reply, yellow for the autoreply , white for the cusotmer reply, and red for the internal changes (notes, decision)
in 3.0.8 these colorings are missing.
3. switch of the popups.
they are slow, and the 2.4.x was much more usable than the 3.0.8 (maybe cam from the FFox slowness)
4. in L view how can I switch the last customer message i didn't want to see the latest autoreply.
I know it will be in the 3.1, but i want to make the OTRS user friendly as soon as possible.
Any tip will help for me.

I found that this is a feature which is implemented in 3.0.6 so, I can't find out, what is the problem with this. Why i can't see the queues i have?1. how can i put the queue list on the top of the page like in the 2.4.x?

perhaps there is no unlocked ticket in these Queues

the problem, that there is 400 tickets in the my queues view. they are all unlocked. these tickets are organised in 16 subqueues like regsitration, new order, etc, but at the top of the page none of the queue names are visible.jojo wrote:perhaps there is no unlocked ticket in these Queues

Already done. Some of them were selected, but they are not displaying. I tried to select all, and i went back to the Queue view, but none of them were displayed.Take a look for "My Queues" in agent Preferences

Now I have moved forward with the My Queues problem.
After a backup, remove, clean install, and restore, now I sometimes get the My Quesues list sometimes not. I need to click on it periodically.
Does somebody know, how can I set a detailéed debug to look for the source of the problem?

[SOLVED] Queue list and tree view
After setting the Debug to 1 in the AgenTicketQueue.pm, it displays all the queues always.
I didn't knwo, is this comming from a database quesry timeout, or something other caused the problem?
Needs more investigation from the developers, but the problem was solved.
