I tried upgrading to 3.0.9 over the weekend and everything seemed to go well. However, when the system started fetching emails they would not be pulled into any queues and I could never find them. I could actually see the emails being fetched from Outlook, but it was like they went into some ticket limbo. I reverted back to 3.0.8, and everything worked as it should. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what could have been causing the issue? Could it have just been a bad install of OTRS? It seems as if there was nothing pulling the emails into the database. I did see that mysql started with no issues and that the database was running, cron was working as the emails were being fetched, could it possibly have been an apache issue?
