I want to be able to set the reply BCC according to the queue the ticket is currently assigned. I don't think this is possible via the SysConfig, but poking around the themes, it appears possible, but outside of my skill level.
Any help would be appreciated.

No, but it may be possible to use a Notification (Event).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
