When a ticket is created and solved, the system will send an email to the customer but also to otrs itself. This latter email keeps reopening the ticket after it's been closed. Some tickets will close when using close (internal note) but most will reopen or have to be closed multiple times.
What are we doing wrong?

OS: linux gentoo
Version: 3.0.8
Added external email account
Added cron job for auto get email (otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl)
Renamed ticket states to dutch translation
Renamed ticket states back to english the rename gave to many problems

Why have you set it up to email itself on ticket closure?
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks

That's kind of my question I don't want this behaviour, if I can remove this email to self I will be a happy man
and my problems will be gone. But I can't find where this email to self is coming from.
I welcome any suggestions.

It's likely there is an agent who has the same email address as the inbox of otrs. That's pretty not ok.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
