Hi everyone
I'm trying configure in my company the OTRS, i created clients, users, groups and the other things,
i need assign SLA's for clients, but i don't know how, and i can not do this.
And how do i change de queue, for exemple: i had 1 call in open, i need change't to in in attendance, i cant to.
If you show me how do this or sand me guide. i'll appreciated
