How to display data according to dropdown selected into text

Hi it Mazri here,

I'm quite new to OTRS system & been using the 3.0.6 version. Just got some problem whereby I got this one SERVICE dropdown & if selected it need to display automatically some value in textbox within the same page itself. I don't have a clue in how to do this through OTRS..its seems easy but I can't manage to do it.
i've been trying editing the 'AgenTicketEmail.pm' file in order to accomplish my task mention above. here i've attached the screen shoot that i've been dealing with.
hopefully someone can help me out on this one..looking forward to hear your feedback really soon...thank u so much

There is talk in the English section about CSS and dependent fields etc. Have a search over there.

In general it would be awesome if OTRS had some form of easy dependent freetextfields etc implemented through ACLs or the like.
