Hey Guys,
I have installed OTRS and the ITSM module, but i cannot view the free fields option when I receive an email. Is it because it is hidden by default? is there a way to make it appear, i have tried to play around a bit in the SysConfig and i haven't really found anything to make it appear.
I would be really grateful for your responses.

Maybe try searching for "TicketFreeText" in SysConfig and enable everywhere, where you find it from "0" to "1".
