Hallo Leute,
habe folgendes Problem bei einer anderen OTRS Installation. Beim anlegen eines Users erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
Software error:
can't resolve "config" to address at /usr/lib/perl5/Net/DNS/Resolver/Base.pm line 747.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@XXXXXX.de), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
Es ist eine frische OTRS Installation auf einem Debian Lenny System.
Hoffe mir kann wer helfen. Danke

Kannst Du etwas mehr Informationen geben? Gibt es zusätzliche Meldungen im Logfile? Wie sieht die Mailadresse des Agent aus (ist die gültig)? Welche OTRS-Version ist es?

Ein Logfile habe ich nicht gefunden. Es handelt sich um die Aktuelle Version. Natürlich ist die E-Mailadresse gültig und aktiv im Einsatz

Du kannst auch im Adminbereich unter "Systemprotokoll" schauen...
