I have a probelm with a permissions of a queue, I have a queue and this has a sub-queue. The problem is that the users with permissions (rw) in the queue, does not see the tickets in sub-queue. Is posible to assing only permissions for the queue to view the tickets in the sub-queues , or all users must have permissions in each sub-queue
