I was wondering OTRS had this functionality:
We have multiple eCommerce website, an eBay, and Amazon store. Now what we need is one help desk system that can respond to the requests coming from each of the channels. We would ideally need a seprate form and login area for each website's help desk.
But can our Customer Service agents login to OTRS and respond to those individual help desk inquiries? for example:
WEBSITE1.com/help
WEBSITE2.com/help
WEBSITE3.com/help
are all differently branded etc. but
SUPPORTSITE.com/agent
would be the login page for customer service agents to respond to each helpdesk on website 1,2, and 3.
Please let me know if this a possibility! Or if you any other suggestions.

Just use different Queues per website, and sub-queues etc.
In each form, set an X-OTRS-Queue or whatever so it's all nicely routed in OTRS.
