OTRS & Freshbooks

Hi, Im not sure if i'm posting this in the correct place, however i am looking for a developer who can help me intergrate my freshbooks.com account with OTRS, basicly i want to be able to create tickets using my existing customers in freshbooks, What i want to do is change the From Customer field to a drop down of my freshbooks customers so i can select it from there, Freshbooks has a API so i know this is possible from there side. Wouldn't it be better to sync the freshbook clients with OTRS? This could be done with Perl and a cronjob. We can discuss this if you drop me an email at info@perl-services.de

That could work, there would have to be a button to synch or pull the customers into Otrs so when we added a new customer in fb it would allows us to sync. How much to
Do this and create the web form, so when someone goes to the form
It sends it to the helpdesk as they sentit via email? PM me
