open a ticket online without signing in
Hi we are a small IT company and have several hundered users who request support via email, website ect. Is there any way that we can have them submit a ticket without having to login, then once the ticket is created we can assign it to that customer?

You could provide a HTML form that sends an email to your OTRS...

Iguess I could and put it from the fenders email, so the get the new ticket notification
