OTRS:ITSM Upgrade to 3.0

Hello,

We are currently using OTRS:ITSM 2.0.3 and we are looking to upgrade to version 3.0.

I would to ask whether the modifications we did so far on the sysconfig files will be preserved on the upgrade or not.
