Hi,
I've just deployed OTRS 3.0.9 to a Win08R2 environment with MSSQL backend (upgraded from 3.0.6 on Linux) and implemented AD integrated SSO for our users (customers). Everything is working great, but now when I installed the iPhoneHandle 1.0.3 and tested it, I'm getting the standard IIS7 401.2 (unauthorised) error when configuring the iPhone App.
Any suggestions on how to get the IPhone to authenticate?
(I'm using Windows Authentication for the website to allow the sso for our users to log jobs)
