Hi, I am running on windows server 2008 all seems to be working fine, but every time i go to update a ticket or do things in the system it kicks me out and says
SessionID invalid! Need user data!
can i fix this?

How long between requests? Dunno if there is a default timeout or something.

Yeah... that's not cool.
Can you stop the cron service, and try running a report?
I want to see if it's accidently the cron clearing the session ID's every few seconds.
